OptimalFit Pilates Studio continues to innovate and provide its members/clients with highly effective fitness and wellness solutions. During these unprecedented times of COVID-19, we are introducing Infrared Sauna Wellness Combo memberships/packages/privates. These are 20-30 minute targeted workouts followed by a 30-45 minute full spectrum infrared sauna session to maximize the fitness and health benefits. The IR-Sauna Wellness Combo offerings combine the effectiveness of one-on-one instruction, outside of the Sauna, with the health benefits of a full spectrum Infrared Sauna session.
