Intro to Pilates Workshop

It's your introductory session to Pilates. We get to know your body and you yours! We work on the precision and flow, creating a very unique experience for your body and mind. At the end of this workshop we stay for another 15 minutes to answer all your questions.

Offered twice a month. Available to new students only.

Foundation Pilates

Open to all levels, this class offers back to basics detailed oriented pilates experience.

Barre

This is an exceptional one hour program using a ballet barre that creates an intense workout using ballet, pilates, strength, and flexibility training that will sculpt your entire body. The classes are choreographed to the hottest music in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment.

Optimal Fusion

20 minutes of Pilates, Yoga and Barre! This class will leave you energized and will offer an all around full body workout! All levels - great class for beginner clients!

Pilates Cardio Circuit

This Pilates class will take you to a different level of more cardio workout! You still going to have that nice Pilates alignment and grace, but our instructors works your body with the different tempo, where you are going to feel your heart pumping!

Reformer Tower Combo

Work your powerhouse!! Pilates Tower and Reformer combination. You will gain a total body workout with an emphasis on lengthening the spine, strengthening your core, increasing stability and improved coordination. Previous Pilates experience and initial assessment performed by an OptimalFit instructor required prior to attending this group class.

Therapeutic Stretching Alignment

Therapeutic Stretching Alignment is a non-invasive hands-on assisted approach that stretches the body while resistance is apply to body parts when painful areas are treated in order to decrease and ultimately eliminate pain.
