How to Start

There are three ways to start your practice at OptimalFit Pilates:

  • Sign up for our complimentary Pilates workshop
  • Take 3 private or semi-private Pilates equipment sessions
  • Sign up for a discounted Yoga or Barre group classes

Intro to Pilates

Complimentary Introductory Pilates Workshop

It's your introductory session to Pilates. We get to know your body and you yours! We work on the precision and flow, creating a very unique experience for your body and mind. At the end of this workshop we stay for another 15 minutes to answer all your questions.

New Client Special - Intro to Pilates Equipment Classes

3 Private Introductory Sessions $149
3 Duets - Semi Private (price per person) $99

The Intro to Pilates equipment sessions allows you to work with your own private Pilates Teacher. We will help you identify the areas to work on and teach you how to properly use the Pilates equipment in the studio. These 3 sessions also fulfill the prerequisite for taking any of our Pilates classes.
