Infrared is the healing wavelengths of the sun and is essential to life. It is the part of the invisible light spectrum that safely resonates with the human tissue without heating the surrounding air. Since infrared is produced by the human body, infrared is a natural and safe way to heal the body. Using infrared in specific wavelengths gives us the power to heal the entire body. Come feel the benefits of our full spectrum (near, mid, and far) infrared saunas.

Please make an appointment in advance, and for the best results, consult our health coach in regards your particular program.

How Is an Infrared Sauna Different than a traditional Sauna?

Traditional saunas range from 180 to 200 degrees. The temperatures of far infrared saunas are effective at a comfortable 120 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. This lower temperature results in a much more comfortable experience while achieving maximum results.

The far infrared rays act directly on the body (radiant energy) and not on the air (convection heating). Because of this direct heating, an infrared sauna has the potential to excrete up to 6 times more toxins from your subcutaneous layers of your skin. Fat, heavy metals, chemicals, and unwanted acids are excreted through sweat, creating an amazing way to detoxify your body all while burning up to 600 calories.

By resonating through the dermis (up to 2 inches deep), infrared rays stimulate the tissues, muscles, organs, joints, causing an acceleration of blood flow, increased healing, and increased metabolism. This can also result in a strengthened immune system and increased muscle strength by enriching the tissues with oxygen.

Infrared saunas truly have the power to heal!

What is full spectrum infrared?

Full spectrum infrared blends the near, mid and far infrared wavelengths to consistently deliver your desired health results.

Near

Near-infrared (NIR) is the shortest infrared wavelength. Scientific research shows that when delivered at the vital wavelength of 880nm, without extreme heat or light, NIR promotes skin renewal, cell health, wound healing, and tissue growth.

Mid

Mid-infrared (MIR) is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue where inflammation occurs and speeds up the healing process.

Far

The longest wavelength, far infrared (FIR), reaches deepest into the body, where toxins are stored.
