Comprehensive Program

To become a Pilates Mat and Apparatus Instructor we offer the Comprehensive Program.


The Comprehensive Mat & Apparatus training program educates you to teach private and group sessions on the Classical Pilates apparatus: the Reformer, Cadillac, High Chair, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Magic Circle, Pedipul, and more.


You will have the knowledge to train individuals of any age, gender, fitness level, or physical condition. The training fee includes manual, training weekends, test-outs, meetings, observation/practice hours, and online videos.


The Comprehensive Apparatus Training Program includes: 

 

  • Five 18 hour training weekends that span over a 6 month period
  • Access to the Pilates studio for observation and practice
  • Four practical exams
  • One written exam
  • Five monthly meetings

Become a Pilates Mat Instructor

To become a Pilates Mat Instructor we offer the Beginner Mat, Intermediate Mat, and Advanced Mat Training Programs.

Beginner Mat Pilates Training Program

This is a 16 hour course that will lay the foundation for a career in Pilates. By the end of the weekend, you will have the knowledge and skills to teach a Beginner Mat Pilates class.

Intermediate Mat Pilates Training Program

This is a 16 hour course that solidifies the skills that were introduced in the Beginner Mat Program. By the end of the training, you will have the tools to teach a safe, effective multi-level Pilates class.

Accelerated Advanced Mat Pilates Training Program

This is a 9 hour course that is a shortened version of the Advanced Mat Training Course. You will learn the advanced exercises that will challenge the most experienced students, and modifications for special populations. All exercises are covered in depth, however you are required to log a minimum of 7 additional hours after the training. These additional 7 hours should include: self practice, studio observation, practice teaching, and workouts. By the end of the weekend, you will be a fully certified Classical Pilates Education Mat Instructor.
