It's your introductory session to Pilates. We get to know your body and you yours! We work on the precision and flow, creating
a very unique experience for your body and mind. At the end of this workshop we stay for another 15 minutes to answer
all your questions.

The Wunda Chair was originally designed as a home exercise machine for New York City apartments. It can be used to rehabilitate clients with knee injuries and train more advanced students in full-body acrobatic exercises. The Wunda Chair is a very effective component in creating sport specific programs for runners, soccer players, basketball players, and cyclists as the exercises develop explosive leg power and core strength. Men will enjoy this class because of its emphasis on upper body strength.
A Kids Yoga Class and more! Your children will learn basic Pilates mat exercises and basic Yoga poses that build strength and flexibility while creating a strong connection to both body and mind. They will also learn breathing and visualization techniques that will teach them how to focus, relax, develop self-control, and empower them; all very important tools to have in their daily adventures!
Work your powerhouse!! Pilates Tower and Reformer combination. You will gain a total body workout with an emphasis on lengthening the spine, strengthening your core, increasing stability and improved coordination. Previous Pilates experience and initial assessment performed by an OptimalFit instructor required prior to attending this group class.

Our Aerial Yoga is a modern style of yoga that incorporates a low-hanging soft fabric hammock to explore alignment, release chronic tension, hang around upside down, and have fun! It’s appropriate for anyone including beginners with no yoga experience. For experienced yogis, aerial yoga will add a new dimension to complement your existing practice on the ground. For those with little or no yoga experience, aerial yoga is a great place to start. Every class includes decompression, supported inversions, core and upper body strengthening, deep relaxation, and fun! This class is appropriate for anyone whether or not you have previous yoga experience.

This is an exceptional one hour program using a ballet barre that creates an intense workout using ballet, pilates, strength, and flexibility training that will sculpt your entire body. The classes are choreographed to the hottest music in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment.
Reiki circles are gatherings of people in the shape of a circle with the intention of healing (body, mind and spirit). During that hour the Reiki practitioner guides the participants into a meditation and while the participants remain on a meditative state the Reiki practitioner works around the circle person per person.
Therapeutic Stretching Alignment is a non-invasive hands-on assisted approach that stretches the body while resistance is apply to body parts when painful areas are treated in order to decrease and ultimately eliminate pain.
